The Finance Committee assists the Executive Director and the Board in ensuring the organization is in good fiscal health including ensuring that accurate and complete financial records are maintained; overseeing the agency's annual budget; safeguarding the agency's assets; and ensuring compliance with federal, state granting agency and other requirements related to the organization's finances.
