Florence Office

The AAC operates a satellite office in Florence, Alabama daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A case manager provides a variety of supportive services for patients living in the Northwest Counties of Alabama.

Medical staff offer services including risk assessments, med pick-ups and lab services. Patients are seen by appointment only.

Free HIV testing is available daily at the AAC office, 1609 Mockingbird Court, Suite C.

Plans are underway to offer full service medical care through the Florence location. Expected to begin in early summer, this service will make accessing care easier and more convenient for patients living in Northwest Alabama.
