Overview

The stigma attached to HIV can leave people feeling isolated and alone. Often individuals will not immediately disclose their status to family or friends for fear of rejection, so they are left without anyone to depend on or talk with or even go to for help.

The Davis Clinic provides a support network for individuals diagnosed with HIV & AIDS that makes living with the disease easier and less isolating. Each new patient to the Davis Clinic is assigned to a licensed social worker who can provide:

  • Post Test Education
  • Mental Health Assistance
  • Support Groups
  • Emergency Assistance
  • Food and Housing Assistance
  • Psychosocial Support
  • Transportation Assistance
  • Dental Referrals
  • Medication Assistance
  • Case Management
